External sealant is the first line of defence against the British weather. Properly sealed windows, doors and external joints keep water and draughts out, protect the surrounding fabric and help keep a building warm and dry. We use durable, weather-resistant products designed to cope with sun, rain and movement.
We seal around window and door perimeters, facade joints and other external details on both homes and commercial buildings. External work is priced from £5.50 per metre, with larger jobs quoted on site so the price is clear up front.

Pricing depends on the type of work, access, materials required and the size of the project. As a guide, internal work starts from £2.50 per metre and external from £5.50 per metre. We can price per metre or per job, whichever suits the project best.
Does the price include materials?
In most cases, yes. Materials, preparation and labour are included unless stated otherwise in the quote, and quotes are free and no-obligation.
